Group lessons are taught online.
Private Ballet Lessons can be taught online or face to face.
Lessons can be taught in english, spanish, french, italian or german.
All the lessons are taught by Miss Luisa Díaz, who is the only mexican dancer that has graduated from the prestigious Paris Opera School in France. Miss Luisa Díaz has the diploma of Licenciate of Classical Ballet form the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, ISTD, from London. She has a PHD (Doctorate Degree) in Dance Educatio.
BALLET
Ballet is the bases of all dances. Learn the classical technique with the proper names in french.
BALLET FIT
Learn the bases of ballet while you train and get the body of a ballet dance. You will gain flexibility, stamina, endurance and a toned body.
CHOREOGRAPHY
Miss Luisa will create a speciale choreography according to your need, either if its for a presentation or a dance competiion.
POINTE SHOES
After several years of training and having a strong body you will be able to learn how to dance on pointe shoes with a good technique.
RÉPÉRTOIRE
In this lessons you will learn the classical choreographies of ballet variations with the correct style, musicality and technique.
CONTEMPORARY DANCE
Learn the contemporary dance technique
FLOOR BARRE
In this lesson you will get a good posture and gain more strenght for any time of dance.
